At one hazardous area site visit we asked for valid hazardous area classification. It took them 4 days to deliver. Not because they were looking for it, they prepared it - never had before.
Verification Dossier, Explosion Protection Documentation or any similar is a good marking what you should already have. Using it as a checklist, it always supports your daily duty.
