in most of the cases you may find the following note from manufacturer of non-electrical installations (ATEx Directive).
"By improper use, the non-electrical device may be an ignition source. ATEx Directive 2014/34 / EU requires special care from the manufacturer and user."
the improper use shall be assessed by many players of hazardous area compliance (E.g: designer, installer, operator, maintenance and repair team). All criterias see here E.g: link
