- EPD

- hazardous area classification

- hazardous area register

- inspection sheets (even after maintenance / repair)

- verification dossier

- manuals

- Ex certificates

- ...

Certainly all shall be updated after any action, modification, etc related to Ex integrity.

But still which is the maximum interval what you shall consider to make any check related relevance of Ex Compliance?

Max 3 years - not a law (in few countries may be yes), part of standard related to inpections (EN/IEC 60079-17), BUT even for the rest of all it shall happen...
