Employers are responsible for preparing explosion protection documentation or similar (depending on region) in which the explosion risks for the plant in question are determined and assessed. The zone classification and all necessary explosion protection measures must also be listed in this documentation. The documentation must be kept up-to-date and must therefore be revised after any remodeling and expansion of the plants. Sufficient training has to be provided to all employees (internal/external) about it. Pls just think about possible insurance cases.

Lifetime tracking of all assets and documentations is a must have!

Note: if it is located on server, it can easily be reached by outer parties, so checking becomes more easy and effective. All authorities will welcome!
