There shall be proof of evidence for any Ex personnel competency (EPC).

There are levels of EPC:

- according to iec/en 60079-10

- according to iec/en 60079-14

- according to iec/en 60079-17

- according to iec/en 60079-19

The above mentioned proof of evidence shall be checked by whom? Answer is simple: who is in charge of explosion protection, the one who is responsible for that.

At any enduser there shall be at least one who does. There shall be a definition of EPC.

There are training methodologies local and international ones. Mandatory are only few ones related to country's legislation. Decision is more & more in the hand of endusers.
