Care must be taken to limit the harmful effects of any explosion that may occur, and the number of ways in which you are aware of it.
What is very good about it shall not cause any explosion outside of technology. In my interpretation, this is done by an explosion pressure relief system.
That is, if there is a explosion pressure relief system, you do not need a splitting / opening surface on the building.
